Our foil unit fits on all K & S
line presses and, with the use
of the special mounting bracket
and removal of the inking unit,
it can also be fitted to T & GT
windmill platens.
Where the S and K Line machines
are concerned the foil rewind
unit is designed to be easily
fitted and removed to allow
greater access for the operator
when reverting back to
die-cutting.
The foil rewind motor and
control unit give extremely
accurate foil pull lengths and a
step and repeat function. The
touch screen controls are self
explanatory and exceptionally
user friendly. It is also
supplied with a detailed user
manual.
The foiling system is extremely
simple to fit both mechanically
and electrically and should not
take the engineer more than 3
hours for fitting and initial
set up. High precision foil pull
to minimise waste to 0.1 mm
accuracy
