The rebuilt schedule includes:-
The machine is partially dismantled to include removal of all guards and the
feed unit
All components are thoroughly cleaned
The machine is painted in Heidelberg grey or black
All worn and damaged parts are replaced
All electrical components are replaced including panel, motor and fan
A CE approved guard kit is fitted to the bed and cylinder
A rigorous testing program is carried out by our own in-house operator
The machine is delivered and installed with 2 delivery trolleys, 2 chases, 1
drip tray, a tool kit, 1 feed board, 1 new cylinder jacket and 2 bed plate
